- Validity of sessions is two months from the date of subscription. - Only two sessions are allowed to be postponed or rescheduled, and if more sessions are postponed, they will be canceled from the package. - It is not allowed to change the type of massage after payment.
Cancellation policy:
- No refund or compensation after using the first session from the package.
- If the booking was canceled two days before the date of reservation , the full amount will be kept as a credit for the client, which can be used for future bookings.
- If the booking was canceled one day before the date of reservation, 25% of the total service amount will be deducted, and the remainder will be kept as a credit for the client, which can be used for future bookings.
- If the booking was canceled 4 hours before the time of reservation, 50% of the total service amount will be deducted, and the remainder will be kept as a credit for the client, which can be used for future bookings.
- If the booking was canceled less than 4 hours before the time of reservation, the amount will not be refunded.
Attention! we do not recommend these massages for the following cases, as they may cause side effects that could be unsafe:
Pregnancy, nursing moms, moms newly gave birth, elderly, menstrual period and puerperal, fresh injuries/wounds, recent surgery, use of blood thinners, heart problems, inflammations or changes in inflammations, varicose veins, necrosis or bedsores, purulent rashes, eczema, scabies, skin infections and fungal diseases, for infectious, contagious diseases and high temperatures, for thrombosis, certain neurological diseases and circulatory disorders blood.
